You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Ward Transition intellectual property without written permission.

6. TRI Assessment and Aria AI Companion

TRI and Aria are designed to support career readiness, military-to-civilian translation, professional documentation, interview preparation, and pathway planning. They do not guarantee employment, salary, promotion, admission, credential approval, contracting eligibility, or any specific outcome.

• AI responses are generated based on user-provided information and may contain errors or incomplete guidance.
• You must review and verify resumes, cover letters, interview answers, applications, and recommendations before use.
• Aria is not a replacement for licensed legal, financial, medical, mental health, or professional credentialing advice.
• Do not submit classified information, Social Security numbers, financial account details, protected health information, passwords, or other highly sensitive data.
• Assessment results are guidance tools, not final determinations of career value, ability, or future potential.

7. Payments, Purchases, and Refunds
